Eglin, Capitani, Brookes among promotions as All3Media’s Optomen expands top team
All3Media-owned prodco Optomen has promoted various producers and executives as it expands its senior team.
Great British Menu and Versus exec producer Sarah Eglin has been promoted to creative director of the Birmingham office, while head of development Eliana Capitani has been upped to director of development and executive producer. Capitani will develop premium factual content, including a yet-to-be-announced feature doc.
Charlotte Brookes, exec producer of Sort Your Life Out, is now head of popular factual, where she will help to create new factual entertainment series and oversee all TV personality Stacey Solomon’s projects.
Exec producer Laura Leigh’s remit has been expanded to oversee Olivia Attwood: Getting Filthy Rich, having already exec produced At Home with the Furys and Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection.
Meanwhile, Big Brother alum Colin Whitaker joins as executive producer of a yet-to-be-announced, 11-part reality series for ITVX. Whitaker has been making celebrity reality series for two decades, including long stints on Celebs Go Dating and Geordie Shore.
