Worst Cooks in America

In the brilliant fourth series, America’s worst cooks descend upon New York to participate in a culinary boot camp with two top chefs.  Their objective: to learn to cook like a pro in the hope of bluffing a group of food critics that they’re the next Gordon Ramsay and winning a $25,000 prize in the process.

After the chefs endure a terrifying taste of home cooking prepared by these kitchen no-hopers, they’ll choose each other’s team of six worst cooks. Somehow they have to train their teams to cook a Michelin star worthy three course menu that will fool the panel into thinking the real chefs did the cooking.

Emotions will run high as the two teams are put through their paces in all the key kitchen techniques, and we see the highs and lows of their attempts to master the art of cooking from turning on the stove, chopping, sauce making and a whole host of culinary basics.  The contestants compete in a series of challenges to see who really has the potential to take part in the final showdown.

With their reputations on the line can two great chefs really turn someone who can’t boil water into someone who cooks with amazing confidence in a professional kitchen? Will victory taste sweet, or bitter and burnt?
